Founded by Rob Maas and Jeroen Manders and now carried by a second generation of the same trade, C-ZONE is worn all over the world.
Patience made visible.
Every frame starts with Japanese stainless steel — strong, light, beautiful to finish in fine detail. Colour goes on through electroplating; hand-painted models get a Berlac coating, an ultra-hard epoxy layer that protects the paint for years. Our compressed acetate rests sixty days in the drying chamber before it is mounted onto metal.

A colourful collection with depth: layered platings, hand-painted finishes, tones you keep discovering at the dispensing table. Every model comes in four colourways, and every season we want more colour and more depth.

However beautiful a frame is, above all it has to be a joy to wear. Stainless steel with TR90 keeps frames light and remarkably thin; adjustable nose pads and acetate temple tips make the fit honest. Comfort is why an optician recommends us twice.
Classic lines for the classic audience, a modern line we are constantly sampling and sketching, and the XL line for larger faces. Mid-market, for a broad audience: an honest price for honest craft.
New in September 2026: Collection E, twenty stainless steel models arriving in waves — including our first combination line of steel with acetate and TR90.
Before C-ZONE existed, a travelling sales representative started an eyewear company in the attic of a converted farmhouse. His son grew up between stacks of the little white boxes every frame in this trade is packed in. Those boxes are stacked in our warehouse today. Same boxes, same trade.
